- Journey Plan is basically a feature which is used to map an employee or group of employees working in an organization with a scheduled route plan.
- The feature can effectively be used for the employees Working from Field.
- One route plan or journey plan can be created for an employee for a single Day.
- No multiple plans can be created for that single day for any employee.
- This feature is only available for the Advanced Plan type and is Account specific.
- The client can add N number of Journey plans for a single day.
- The plans can be created at three levels:
- Employee Level
- Supervisor Level
- Admin Level
