Follow the below procedure to add a new company in Master Data:
Pre-requisite: Location must have been created prior to Company creation
- Go to Home > Master Data > Companies
- Click on Add New
- Give the following details:
- Company ID*

- Company ID should be unique for each company name
- This field is alphanumeric (Example – C01)
- Company Name*

- You can add your company name
- This field is alphanumeric (Example – 3M)
- You can use the same name for more than one company
- Location*

- Select the desired Location
- Select the company’s location from the drop-down menu.
- You can select multiple locations
- Email*
-
- You can mention the company email address to get any update or notification via mail
- Phone number*

- You can add your mobile number to get notified via text message
- Address*
-
- You can add the company address where the device is installed
- You can add the company address in the address1 & address2 field
- Postal Code*

- You can add postal code of the location
- City*
-
- You can add a city name where the company exists
- State*
-
- You can mention the state where the company exists
- Country*

- You can select the Country where the company exists
- Click on Submit
View Company Detail: You can view the details of the company by tapping on a specific company from the list.
