To navigate, click on Subscription> Plans.
- When the client clicks on the Plan option, the Plan section appears
- When the client has subscribed to our services whether Basic or Advanced then the client will be able to see the below screen with all the necessary details about the plan subscription.
Change My Plan
- Under this section, the client can choose Plan type either Basic or Advanced by just tapping on the button.
- The client can change their plan or Renew their plan by clicking on the options on the left side.
- The user/client can click on Buy More option and then increase the no of employees in both the categories: Employee Licenses or Mobile App Licenses.
- The Plan details are reflected under the Plan type option with Plan start & end date, Payment cycle and Renewal Date.
- If the client selects Basic Plan, then the Payment cycle will be fixed at Yearly.
- If the client selects Advanced Plan type, then the client will have both Monthly and Yearly options available in Payment Cycle.
- The client/user can choose any plan from Monthly/Yearly as per their convenience.
- The license type section contains the Employee licenses and Mobile App licenses option.
- Both these licenses are required to grant access to the user to map the set quantity of employees working in company appropriately.

- This section shows the order details which includes details of the client namely: Name of the Organization, E-mail, Contact Number and GSTIN details.
- The section also provides order summary of what the client has purchased or opted along with the Proceed to Pay
